Personal Training sessions include all the benefits of our Fitness Training Sessions, additionally you will also receive a copy of your personal training plan to take away, regular reviews nutritional guidance and weight management advice an open contact policy to discuss any concerns you may experience with your development.
Various tests & measurements such as weight, blood pressure, strength, balance & cardiovascular fitness are also part of the PT package as standard.
